There’s a New Gluten-free Chex Cereal!  General Mills has added Apple Cinnamon Chex as the sixth in its line of gluten-free cereals. Only available in U.S. at the moment.  Cinnamon Chex is my favourite so Apple Cinnamon should be even better.  🙂

I just found out today that the East Side Mario’s in Moncton has a Gluten Free Menu and Gluten Free Pasta.  I’m not sure about the other locations and I didn’t find anything on their website.  I use to love their Chicken Amatriciana, I hope it’s Gluten Free.
