You have to try this delicious Gluten Free Pizza crust.  Not only is it Gluten Free, but it’s also very low in carbs because it’s made with chicken…yeah you read that right, chicken.  The crust is simply two ingredients, Chicken and Cheese, you can spice it up if you like, that is totally up to you.

I’ve made it twice so far and we loved it.  All you need is a 1:1 ratio of minced cooked chicken or turkey breast and shredded mozzarella cheese.  One packed cup of chicken and one cup of cheese easily makes a 12 inch pizza, so if you wanted to make yourself a personal sized pizza a half cup of each would be fine.
